HELP WITH EDITING DOWNLOADS
 We know our place. It's your job to run a successful Hospitality Business and it's our job to provide you with the tools needed to make that job easier!
We also realise that editing our Downloads can be time consuming, or just plain difficult depending on what level of functionality you want to achieve. That's where we can help.
Due to many requests from our members we have introduced an additional service to make your life easier.
We can now customise any of our downloads to suit your specific requirements. Maybe you want a certain spreadsheet to do more, maybe you want additional rows or columns, maybe you want your logo added, or maybe you want additional formulas for specific calculations. No problem. Just let us know what you need and we most likely have the skills to do it!
Our customising service will allow you spend time where it is needed most; with customers or staff, taking some precious time off or making that first (or second...) million.
Whatever the reason, just let us know what we can do to help make your life easier.
So, how do I let you know what work I want done?
Simply email us the document ( email to info@barkeeper.ie ) you want edited together with a brief description of the work required. Include your phone number and if we need clarification we can call you.
How much does this cost?
Every project is different but we'll always tell you in advance what we expect the cost to be. Our fees are only Eur 20.00/GBP 15.00 per hour, making this service very affordable. Most basic editing can be completed in an hour but you can decide in advance whether you want to proceed with any work once you know the projected cost.
How do I pay?
As a current member, we will have your credit card details on file. Once you agree to the cost of the project, we will bill you for this amount in advance and deduct this amount from your credit card.
What if I want a whole new document created?
No problem! If we know what you need, the chances are we can create it for you. Simply let us know the details of your proposed project and we will happily quote for the anticipated work. There is no project too big or too small!
