On the Cover Sheet, you will easily be able to enter the details of the stock period such as the date range, turnover, VAT rate specific to your region as well as set up your suppliers and enter the value of their deliveries for the stock period.
Finally, on the Food Inventory Sheet you will see the fruits of your labour!
